K-9 Zeke

In 2024, The Forsyth Township Police Department, with the support of an amazing donor, and community support added a K9 Officer to the ranks.

Zeke is a high energy black lab; Zeke's specialties include explosive detection and tracking.

Zeke and his partner, Cpl Cassie Smith have been training hard perfecting their skills with D&D K9 Dynamics in Gladstone, Michigan.  Zeke and Cpl Smith attended the National K9 Training Conference in Alpena Michigan where they learned advanced K9 training.

They look forward to completing their training in the next few weeks and proudly serving the citizens of Forsyth Township.
